Network admins can choose to get notifications about:
- All Published Content
- Published Activities
- Notes added to Activities
- An Activity is Flagged for Review
You can chose if you would like to hear about everything in your network or just the groups “assigned” to you. You can pick if you'd like to get a unified summary of these events hourly, daily or weekly.
You're able to choose between getting email or slack notifications.
This is just for network-level Symphony users for right now, but we’ll add similar notifications for group leaders soon.
To find your notification options:
- Log into your Dashboard
- Go to Users and select your profile
- Select when you want to be notified
Additionally, if your network is using the Activity Submission Form, you can be notified when an Activity is submitted so you can publish it.
