You have an unlimited number of Users you can invite to help you manage your group's site. To add a new user, hover over the Users section. Next, click on Invite. Input the email address of the person you'd like to invite to help manage the site. Next, select the permission level you'd like the new User to have.
There are two options for you, Author and Editor.
- Editors can change everything on your site.
- Authors have the ability to only add new News Update and Activities to the site.
After you've selected their role, click the Invite 'Em button and you're set.
