You can easily share a summary and link for Pages, News Updates and Activities from your site's content editor to Facebook with a simple click.
When editing content, you'll see the social sharing button:

To share to Facebook, click the "Share this on Facebook" button and then select where you would like the update to appear - on your timeline, a groups timeline or fan page timeline...
Add a message if you would like, or simply click the "Post to Facebook" button and a link and short summary will appear on the timeline in the location you've selected.
