Note: This article only applies to groups that are part of a Symphony network, like the University of Missouri or University of North Carolina. If you are not part of a Symphony network, but would like to introduce your association to Alumni Spaces, please reach out to Nick Trusty at nick@alumnispaces.com

Activity Types are set by your national association for tracking your group's involvements in specific activities. Unlike Categories, you are unable to add new Activity Types - they are set by your network administrators. For more information on what each Activity Type means, click the "Activity Type descriptions" link.

While you can add your Activity to as many Activity Types as are applicable, you may want to check with your association liaison to see if a single Activity can be considered for multiple Activity Types.
