You can add a collection of photos, called a Photo Gallery, to any News Update, Event or Page on your website. It is just as easy as adding individual images to your content, but has a couple of extra steps.

While editing your content, click on the "Add Media" button and then pick a few photos in the "Create Gallery" tab. Click on "Create Gallery" and then "Insert Gallery." Check it out:

When you are selecting photos, you'll see some fields to the right for Caption, Title and Description.

There are a lot of fields here, but you will really only need to worry about the one labeled “Title.” Here, you can provide a sentence describing your photo – once this gallery is posted, people will see the name below the photo when it is clicked on the site. Some themes show galleries and images differently so you might not see both fields, depending on what layout your site uses.

You could also add a very short caption which will be shown on the site below the photo’s small thumbnail, but make sure it is very short, or it might run into the next photo.

As for the other fields and options here, just leave them to their defaults for now.

From here, all you have to do is click "Publish" or "Update" and your Photo Gallery will be live! When you look at the Event on the site, it will look something like this:
