The activity submission form can be used by those volunteers who are not actively maintaining their website, but still need to submit activities to be included for recognition status and/or for association staff to review/add to their group website.
The form can be accessed on any site at URL.com/create/activity or you can create a page with all the groups e.g. http://missourialumnispaces.com/submit/ where volunteers can pick their group then get redirected to the right URL for their site.
Once they get linked to their website, they will see an embedded form where they enter in activity information.
Once the volunteer submits the form, the activity is created as a draft and if the network admin has their notifications enabled, they will get an email letting them know it has been submitted.
